Integral Kabbalah Meditation is a simple but powerfully transformative practice that integrates focussed intention (kavanah), Hebrew chanting (tefilah), and silent Presence (Shtika). Our meditation community meets daily on Zoom and livestream.
In ancient Hebrew, Iyún means "absorption," as in being absorbed in prayer or meditation. In modern Hebrew, an Iyún is an immersive learning session about a particular topic.
Ayin also can have two meanings: If spelled with the letter ayin, it means "eye," and thus symbolizes awareness. If spelled with the letter aleph, it means "nothingness," in the sense of "openness" or "spaciousness."
Thus, IYUN AYIN is an "Immersion in the Spaciousness of Awareness."
