Together we will open the flood gates of feeling through prayer and chanting, and open the spacious calm of awareness through silence. The day will begin with a prayerful, songful and meditative morning practice (Shakharit) followed by periods of chanting and silent meditation, as well as a period of teaching and sharing/q&a.

TORAH OF AWAKENING is a learning and practice community for discovering your essential inner freedom through Integral Kabbalah Meditation and guidance from Reb Brian Yosef Schachter-Brooks. The teachings and practices are rooted in Judaism, but are universal and open to people of all backgrounds.
Community meets daily on Zoom (except Shabbat and holidays) for learning and practice, and all sessions are available for watching or listening later.
There are five levels of Integral Kabbalah Meditation:
Members meet Sundays and Tuesdays for 60-minute sessions, including learning on the Hebrew Letters and Level I meditation practice. Mondays and Wednesdays are shorter, 20-minute chanting and meditation sessions.
Mastering Presence members meet Wednesday evenings and Fridays for Levels III, IV and V: Thirty Two Paths of Presence, Morning Blessings, and Shakharit, which are more advanced meditation practices based on the Ten Sefirot and Twenty-Two Hebrew letters.
